Interest Rates

Special concession in interest rates (available for all the schemes) :

	by 0.25% on loans above Rs.2 lakhs and
	for repayment term above 5 years

Note:

	The above rates are applicable for loans to resident individuals as well as loans to Non Resident Indians.
	Maximum period for Non Resident Indians is 5 to 10 years.
	In the case of NRIs, repayment period of above 7 to 10 years is applicable only to persons with professional qualifications.
	For Site Loan, maximum repayment period is 10 years.
	For Extension/Repair/Renovation/Upgradation, maximum repayment period is 15 years.
